harry’s home Hart bei Graz is located at Pachern Hauptstraße 95, 8075 Hart bei Graz, Austria, on the outskirts of Graz and directly across from the Pachern Sports Center. Graz’s city center is just a few minutes away by bus or commuter train. Shops, restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy, and a medical center are all within walking distance.

Monday through Saturday: 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Outside of these hours, we can be reached by phone at +43 50 1214 1190 in case of urgent emergencies.

The “Pachern Schule” bus stop is right next to the hotel. Take lines 73U and 75U to the rapid transit line heading toward downtown Graz; lines 430, 445, and 441 go directly to “Jakominiplatz” in the city center. The “Hart bei Graz” train station is about a 15-minute walk away. Tickets are available on the bus, on the S-Bahn, at ticket machines, or through the GrazMobil and ÖBB Scotty apps.

Check-in is available starting at 4:00 p.m.

Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

The room bill can be paid at any time in advance during reception hours or on the day of departure by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. We accept cash, EC/ATM cards, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Diners Club.

The breakfast buffet is located in the lobby on the ground floor.

Typical of harry’s home: a diverse selection of hearty and sometimes homemade dishes and drinks. These include hot egg dishes made with free-range eggs from Maier’s farm in Hart near Graz, fresh fruit salad, freshly baked cake, a large selection of Styrian sausages, ham, and cheese, as well as jam from the Beerenhof Brettner farm in Rastbühel, and muesli with various grains and honey from the Hinteregger family’s own bee sponsorship program. Coffee specialties ranging from espresso to lattes, a variety of teas, milk, cocoa, and fruit juices from the Stix organic farm in Kainbach near Graz round out the selection.

harry’s home in Hart near Graz offers standard rooms, studios, superior studios, apartments, and accessible rooms. All rooms feature a walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV with Sky Sports channels, air conditioning, a desk, and free Wi-Fi. Studios and apartments also offer the option of self-catering with their own kitchenette or kitchen.

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, in the rooms and in all public areas. LAN cables are available for loan at the front desk upon request.

Yes, if you’d like, you can rent a Nespresso machine for € 5.00 per day, including 5 capsules in the room.

Yes, every room is equipped with a safe in the closet. Please feel free to use this for your valuables. The hotel assumes no liability for the loss of valuables in the room.

Yes. The entire building is barrier-free and wheelchair accessible. Two wheelchair-accessible rooms are available, with the option of a connecting door to an adjacent room. Visual fire alarms for the hearing impaired and wayfinding systems for the visually impaired are among the features. The hotel is also Ginto-certified.

In Hart bei Graz, almost every room has its own balcony with a view of the surrounding green countryside.

At harry’s home, out of consideration for the environment, regular room cleaning begins after the third night and takes place every three days. This allows us to conserve cleaning resources. You can read more about this in our ESG report.

If you’d like your room cleaned or your towels changed earlier or on a different day, that’s certainly possible. Just let the front desk know. We’re happy to accommodate your requests.

Yes. Washing machines and dryers are available 24 hours a day at the Service Point on the 1st floor. An ironing station is also available on site and can be used free of charge.

Additional towels are charged at € 3.00 each.

The Service Point on the 1st floor is open 24/7 and has everything you need: snacks, cold drinks, toiletries, as well as washing machines, dryers, and an ironing station. There is also a shoe-shining machine available on the first floor.

harry’s living room on the ground floor serves as a lobby, bar, and lounge all in one. Here you can browse through a book from the small library, read magazines for free at the online kiosk, try out a board game, or have fun playing table soccer. We are happy to serve both cold and hot beverages. For anyone who still wants to work, there’s plenty of space and charging options. Don’t feel like going to a restaurant? You can order your favorite meal and have it delivered right to your living room.

Yes. On the 4th floor, there is a rooftop terrace that invites you to linger—ideal for taking in the view of the surrounding area or for enjoying a moment in the sun.

Definitely. The spacious rooms and apartments offer plenty of room, even for larger families. Rooms with connecting doors can be combined to form an even larger living space. Apartments with their own kitchens make family life on the go easier. The BRIO Flora creatures are also waiting for the children in the playroom.

Yes. Children 6 years old and younger stay for free (Kids4Free).

Yes, your well-behaved four-legged friend is more than welcome. We charge € 15.00 per day for the more thorough final cleaning. Please note that this amount does not include food.

Yes. Free parking is available around the hotel.

Yes. There are two charging stations for electric cars (Type 2) available at the hotel.

Yes. The Businesspoint in the hotel lobby (approx. 22 m²) offers the ideal setting for small meetings, seminars, or workshops for up to 12 people. Prices: Half-day € 35.00, full-day € 70.00. For larger events, venues can be reserved at the Pachern Sports Center across the street or at the Hart Cultural Hall. Information and special offers are available directly at the front desk.

After 5 stays, you’ll receive a gift certificate worth one night’s stay, including breakfast, for two people, redeemable at a harry’s home hotel of your choice. The gift certificate is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

In Hart bei Graz, there’s a wide range of sports and recreational activities right on your doorstep: a tennis court and ice rink, a soccer field, an indoor pool with a sauna, a fitness center, as well as a street soccer and beach volleyball court, a BMX track, a skate park, and inline skating at the Play and Sports Park.
